You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when you book for a Salisbury Speed Dating Limited event. Please do not register for an event unless you agree to these terms and conditions.

Without prior notice, Salisbury Speed Dating Limited reserve the right to immediately prohibit your access to an event upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Our Privacy Policy

We have a firm commitment to privacy and any personal information submitted to us is kept in the strictest confidence. Personal information will not be given or sold to any other organisations.

Salisbury Speed Dating Limited may from time to time send News Letters or Special Offers via e-mail. We use return e-mail addresses from the e-mails we receive and from the email addresses collected by the forms on our website. If you receive an e-mail from us and you have not either:
• Sent us an e-mail
• Filled out a form on our website or
• booked an event
then please e-mail and we will investigate the matter.
Similarly if you do not wish to receive our news letters via e-mail let us know during first contact with us, or at any time thereafter.
We will never give or sell our mailing list to any other organisation.

In using this website to book an event and submit personal information to us you agree to these terms & conditions and that the information you submit is correct and lawful. The minimum age for an event is 18 years old. An individual’s admittance to an event is not transferable to any other person. Whilst attending an event you must behave in a dignified and courteous manner at all times and abide by the following rules:
• You must be single.
• Adhere to events age groups, one year outside the age group is permitted.
• Supply accurate personal information when booking an event and whilst attending an event.
• No bad language whist attending an event.
• No smoking is allowed whilst dating (smoking during breaks is permitted)
• Do not ask personal or intrusive questions.

We do not verify any information submitted by an individual booking a speed dating event. Therefore Salisbury Speed Dating Limited is not liable for the integrity of statements made by daters as to their identity, marital status, age or general background. It is advisable and mandatory that you clarify these issues to your own satisfaction.

In participating in any of our dating events, you are consenting for us to give your first name and contact details to your ‘mutual matches’ i.e. any participants whom you choose and who also choose you.
Any matches you make at an event, will receive the slip you fill out after each date. We suggest you only write the following personal information on this slip:
• First name
• Phone/Mobile Number and/or E-mail address

Your contact details will not be given to any other people in attendance without your prior permission.

Salisbury Speed Dating Limited do not offer any guarantee of success in either making matches or to the outcome of a relationship formed as a result of a successful match at one of our speed dating events. After an event you take full responsibility in accepting a date or otherwise agreeing to meet someone to whom you were matched at a speed dating event, and any actions that might or might not occur during that date or meeting.
Salisbury Speed Dating Limited do not vouch for the character or suitability of anyone you may meet at an event. We take no responsibility for the outcome of any relationship formed as the result of attending one of our speed dating events.

Salisbury Speed Dating Limited use a Payment Service Provider to handle online credit card purchases.
This enables online transactions to be made in complete safety.
All Credit Card Purchases made to book an event are made using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
This Secure Layer uses 128bit encryption and is indicated by this lock image being displayed on your browsers bottom bar. No credit card details are stored on this website or by Salisbury Speed Dating Limited.

Refunds for an event are only accepted, whatever the reason, if they are received no less than four full days prior to an event.
For example if an event is held on 24th June, a cancellation e-mail received by us on the 19th June would be accepted, where as the 20th June would be too late.
Cancellations can be sent via one of our online suggestion forms or by sending an email to or .
You must include the following information:
• Your first and second name.
• The date and age group of the event you have booked.
Your reason for cancellation is not necessary but it would be helpful for us to know.
